I believe that a fit, plant-based lifestyle is an incredible path to health and wellness that empowers people to take back their lives and truly thrive.
I support my clients in building a body & life they’re proud of, in gaining back their confidence, in learning how to fuel their bodies to feel their absolute best!
I left the security of a day job 6 years ago to pursue my dream of serving others through private, group and online health coaching. I absolutely LOVE supporting others as they integrate healthy lifestyle practices into their daily routine so they can live their best life. It is my desire to share this love of sustainable health and wellness with everyone I can.
I believe that a fit lifestyle and choosing to eat a whole foods, plant-based diet is the most impactful thing we can do for our own health and wellbeing, for the health of our planet, for animals, and for future generations.
I’m an OG CrossFitter, a dedicated yogi and serious junk food lover; cookies and cakes are my fave.
You can usually find me in the gym, going for walks along the river, listening to podcasts and interviews, or in the kitchen whippin’ up quick, simple meals made from plants. 🙂
